It runs every Sunday from 9am to 2pm, year round, with summer bringing the peach-and-sweet-corn peak that's worth the trip on its own.

What makes this one work so well with kids is everything around it. The Strawberry Park playground sits right in the market's footprint, so the shopping happens in shifts while the kids climb. Bakery samples buy you a full produce run. And when the bags are full, the district's restaurants and ice cream spots are all within a block. Go early for the best selection, or go at 1pm when some vendors start cutting deals rather than packing produce back onto the truck.
