Mosaic District Fall Festival 2026
Mosaic closes its main street for two days in late September and fills it with an outdoor market. Saturday and Sunday, September 26 and 27, 11am to 6pm both days, and it costs nothing to walk in. Run with URBNmarket and FRESHFARM, the festival brings in more than 90 vendors selling handmade and vintage goods, plus the restaurants and shops that are already there.
For kids, the reason to come is the activity side: pumpkin painting, craft stations, and short live performances scheduled through the afternoon. The layout helps, since it is a pedestrian street with the Angelika lawn in the middle, so kids can sit down or run while you shop. Strollers work fine here. If you have been to the FRESHFARM market at Mosaic on a normal Sunday, this is that, four times over.

Parent Tips 💡
- Come before noon on Saturday: vendor tables are still full, the craft stations have supplies, and you can actually get a table for lunch.
- Park in the far garage on purpose: the walk from Eskridge Road is two minutes longer and saves you the crawl through a full deck with kids in the back seat.
- Bring cash for the small vendors: most take cards, but the handmade booths sometimes have a card reader that will not connect in a crowd.
- The Angelika lawn is the reset spot: when someone melts down, there is grass in the middle of everything. Snacks there, then back in.
- Pumpkin painting means wet paint: bring a plastic bag for the car ride home, or plan to carry it flat for a while.
- Sunday afternoon is the quieter half: if crowds are the problem, aim for Sunday around 2pm rather than Saturday midday.
